For the transfer of personal data from the United Kingdom into the EU, we rely on the UK's adequacy decision for the EU, which ensures an adequate level of data protection. Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), adequate data protection is guaranteed through EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
